民主党の馬淵澄夫が一連の口蹄疫について「県の初動対策が失敗。担当部局の危機意識のなさ、知識不足」「政争の具にするな」と赤松バカ大臣の無為無策を棚に上げ全力で宮崎県のせいにしている事がネットでやり玉に挙がっているが、それよりなによりこのビラの右上には「定価100円」「年間購読料3000円」と書いてありなんと有料。

有償の刊行物（しかも政治宣伝刊行物）を無償で配布しているのなら立派な買収で選挙違反。

これを支持団体に買い取らせているのなら脱法献金。ＮＴＴ労働組合の政治団体「アピール２１」が民主党国会議員の無償配布ビラを買取り約1億円もの脱法献金していたのは記憶に新しい。
